How to reach: To reach the tidal bench marks by boat from the point where Hendry Creek flows into Estero Bay, proceed 3.4 km (2.4 nm) NW to an area 91 m (300 ft) west of a mangrove point where there is a fork off to the right from the main branch of Hendry Creek. The bench marks are located on the east side of Hendry Creek and a witness sign marks the area. The tide gage and staff were located in Hendry Creek west of the east side of the creek.
