How to reach: To reach the benchmarks from the intersection of Interstate 295 and Florida State Highway 105 (Heckscher Drive), take exit 41 from Interstate 295 toward Heckscher Drive/Zoo Parkway (Florida State Highway 105). Proceed east on Heckscher Drive/Zoo Parkway for approximately 1 km (0.6 mi), then turn right onto Dave Rawls Blvd toward Blount Island Marine Terminal. Follow Dave Rawls Blvd east over the river for approximately 0.75 km (0.5 mi) and take the first left onto Blount Island Blvd. Immediately after turning onto Blount Island Blvd, take the first right onto Channel View Blvd. Go east on Channel View Blvd for approximately 300 m (985 ft) to the guard shack/vehicle inspection station. Proceed through the vehicle inspection station for approximately 150 m (492 ft) and take the first right onto Reef Run Road. Follow Reef Run Road for approximately 2.2 km (1.4 mi) to William Mills St. Proceed south across William Mills St onto a gravel road. Follow the gravel road for approximately 1.5 km (0.9 mi) as it winds along southeasterly between the trees and storage lots. The station is located on a concrete pad approximately 18 m due south of Pond D, approximately 190 m west of the southern tip if the test track, and approximately 8 m north of a rip rap wall on the north shore of the St. Johns River.
