Currents Forecast Guidance
This near surface current velocity animation was created from the latest LMHOFS forecast guidance in
the Lake Michigan. The forecast guidance is for the next 120 hours of surface current velocities as
simulated by the LMHOFS when it is forced by meteorological parameters that are predicted by National Weather Service models.
