How to reach: To reach the tidal bench marks from the Cruise Ship Terminal in Old San Juan, proceed to the US Custom Service building, turn left and proceed 0.5 km (0.3 mi) to the US Coast Guard Base entrance. The bench marks are on the U.S. Coast Guard compound. The tide gage and staff are on the southern tip of the U.S. Coast Guard compound.
