Location:

To reach the tidal bench marks from center of draw bridge over South Slough in Charleston, proceed west 241 m (791 ft) to the first road on the right (Boat Basin Drive), turn right (east) and proceed 397 m (1,302 ft) along perimeter of boat basin to USCG boat house. The bench marks are located on the U.S. Coast Guard compound and in the vicinity of the boat basin. The tide station is located in the boat house.
