To reach the tidal bench marks from U.S. Highway 101 (6th Street) in Port Orford, proceed south on "Washington", the unnamed road will turn to the west and leads to Port Orford Wharf. The bench marks are located near the wharf and jetty. The tide gauge is located at the east corner of pier.
