Location:
To reach the bench marks from the Venice, LA Marina, proceed by boat down the Mississippi River approximately 45.1 km (28.0 mi) to the mouth of SW Pass. The bench marks are located on the east side of the river behind the New Pilots Association Building in the marshy area just off the Pilots Wood Dock on the inshore end.
