Location:
To reach the tidal bench marks from the intersection of Highway 13 and Route 9 in New Castle, turn east on Route 9 and follow to Delaware City. At the light in Delaware City and Clinton Street turn left (north) and proceed through town to the end of the street and the river. Turn left and then right to the gate of the Motiva Fuel docks. Proceed through the gate and to the station on the right on the first dock. The station is halfway down the dock on the catwalk. The bench marks are in the vicinity of the pier and the road.
