Location:
To reach the tidal bench marks from the intersection of Forrest Avenue and Morningstar Road in Staten Island, proceed north on Morningstar Road to Richmond Terrace. Turn left (west) and continue to 2541 Richmond Terrace (Scara-Mix Concrete Company). The bench marks are along Richmond Terrace and at the Scara-Mix Concrete Company facility. The tide gage and staff are on the dock on the north side of the facility.
