As of 09/29/2008 05:30 AST, water levels from Massachusetts to Maine are slightly elevated and range 0.1 to 0.6 feet above predicted. Water levels are below predicted at Portland, ME. Barometric pressure is rising across the region. Winds are decreasing up along the eastern Maine coastline.
