As of 8/23/2009 12:00 AST, water levels along the New England coast up to eastern Massachusetts are falling and range from 0.5 to 0.8 feet above predictions. Barometric Pressure is starting to rise in this area. Water levels from Boston, MA to Maine remain slightly elevated, however barometric pressure is still falling in northern Maine.
