This surface water level animation was created from the latest NGOFS forecast guidance in the northern Gulf of Mexico. The forecast is for the next 48 hours of water levels as simulated by NGOFS forced by forecast products from the National Weather Service's 4km North American Model (NAM4) and the Navy's Coastal Ocean Model (NCOM).
